Eric Noecker

Eric joined the firm in May 2025 as Operations Specialist. He earned a B.S. in Business from Penn State University Berks College and brings over ten years of corporate accounting experience. Throughout his career, Eric has handled revenue recognition, project accounting, financial reporting, and fixed asset management.

At Flagship Financial, Eric provides essential support for back-end operations, ensuring a strong financial and compliance foundation. His financial acumen and detail-oriented approach are critical to maintaining the seamless flow of internal processes. 

Eric and his wife reside in Pottstown, PA, with their four children. He enjoys watching them participate in a variety of athletic pursuits, including karate, all-star cheer, baseball, basketball, and hockey. In his free time, Eric follows professional sports, plays golf, and explores new cuisines.
