Client Service / Operations Associate

Flagship Financial, an established wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service/Operations Associate to assist in managing client relationships from a back-office perspective and to continue to grow our book of business alongside our team of advisors. This is your chance to play a key role in the future success of our expanding organization!

The Client Service/Operations Associate will primarily focus their efforts on working with the advisors to maintain their books of business, including assisting with client meetings, preparing paperwork, managing client relationships through phone and email, and processing administrative tasks. Also, to provide additional value to the firm, this individual will likewise assist with cross-departmental skills, including marketing, scheduling, and event planning on an ad-hoc basis, as needed.

Industry Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years Operations experience, or similar employment history
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe products
  • Financial industry licenses (Series 7, Series 66, etc), strongly encouraged either prior to or gained during initial employment phase*

*If not previously achieved prior to employment, this candidate should be open and willing to complete the necessary exams to become fully licensed within the financial industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with specific client needs including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and responding to emails, as needed.
  • Attend client meetings and take notes on discussion points and follow-up.
  • Following any client meetings, preparing paperwork as recommended by advisor.
  • Manage follow-up on submitted items, including new accounts/policies, maintenance requests to confirm completion and accuracy
  • Maintain compliance logs and records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on needs of the business.
